I started to make the armor. I shaped and cut the whole thing for my size. However I messed up big time as I didn't take into account the "bulking" of the Armour. This made it to "flat" Not all was lost though at least I realized this before I started gluing the pieces together.
Cutting out a new armor base tonight. This is hard as I can not really shape it properly. Gonna have to call one of my lady friends to help.
I have also discovered how much fun a hot gun, rotary tool and hot knife can be.
I may even take a little break to play GoW3...
My online resume....
So I've posted a short video "resume" of my recent work...as I'm beginning to agressively apply for jobs back home.
I'd love some feedback.
NOTE...there is nothing really NSFW in the vid, but there are some bikini babes.

I'm making a note here: Huge success.
Portal is free on Steam, get yours before September 20.
It's still the same game from '07, but with Achievements, and a new ending. Oh, and a Mac version too.
FRAKKERS!!!!!!!
let's hop this doesn't become common...
Internet customer names sought for Hurt Locker suits
Three Canadian internet service providers have until the end of Monday, Sept. 12, to hand over the names of customers suspected to have illegally shared The Hurt Locker movie online.
"What makes this a particularly noteworthy case is it's the first big peer-to-peer copyright litigation in Canada in a number of years", said Michael Geist, a law professor at the University of Ottawa who holds a Canada Research Chair in internet and e-commerce law.
Geist said under existing Canadian copyright law, defendants could be liable for up to $20,000 in damages.
Bell, Cogeco and Vidéotron received a federal court order Aug. 29, signed by Judge Michel Shore, ordering them to provide the names and addresses of accused customers within two weeks. The customers in question are linked to internet addresses called IP addresses that are alleged to have been used to illegally copy and distribute the movie using peer-to-peer file-sharing applications.

Rogers admits to "Throttling" online games
Seriously....go to hell Rogers.
Maybe some of my issues are because Shaw is doing the same thing?! They should have to TELL you when they are throttling your connection....

New progress, more photos inside!
Battlefield 3 trailer
This game certainly looks more realistic than MW3! But that's always been my issue with the franchise. I find it impossible to shoot and kill in this game using my 720p plasma. The one time I played it on a 50' 1080 LCD...it was much, much better....I'll probably buy it anyway ;)
New MW3 multiplayer video...
Man....I LOVE the sounds of this game...and the visuals. I think I'm going to need 2 days off for the launch.

Pre-Order Mania!
We seem to be coming up on a wave of major new game releases this season, so what better time to create a regular feature to make sense of all the preorder offers out there? None! There is none better time. Let's start the ball rolling with Gears of War 3!

From Tim Cook's Google+ feed (if it is really him)
We have finally figured out why so many of our employees have forgotten or lost their iPhone prototypes in bars.
It is because they have had one too many mactinis.
I wonder if this is a lame attempt at being funny. To cause him to be accepted.
