Our trusty friends at whateveryouwant.ca have used copies COD4
($30) and COD4 GOTY Edition ($35) they may only have one of each though.

But I have lost interest in getting this game recently. I only really wanted it to have something to play with you guys, but at this rate I'd better just wait for Modern Warfare 2 or even L4D2 (but if nobody here buys those, then I'll come back to CoD4).
And it was on sale for 40$ at future shop last week.
I wouldn't bother at this point unless you saw it for $20 or less used somewhere.
Picked up a used copy of CoD4 today in a mad spending spree... if someone still needs this classic game (which we're still playing, by the way), it's yours for $20.
It's summer, so there is less inclination to play games.

He is a good guy. If you get one that doesn't work he would exchange it and if he has none, return your cash.
