Batman: Arkham Asylum for Xbox 360 will be sold at Wal-Mart fo $38.83 on its release day, August 25th. Still listed as $69.99 at Future Shop , Best Buy and etc.
Also confirmed here and at Walmart online.
I have tried the demo and it is pretty good. I had not intended to buy it at $69.99. But at $38.83? Absolutely. Plus, it's BATMAN! Hello!! Please note that this is not the Collectors Edition with the stainless steel replica Batarang which would have been cool in its own right. Stormblade! Where are you?
Plus I would like to reward a vendor for doing an one day only price cut for Video Games as well as movies. Hopefully it will be a success for Walmart and happen for more games.

If my prediction is correct, Wal*Mart will either sell out to the Hoarder/Scalper crowd within 30 seconds of opening, or they won't have it in stock and the clueless staff won't know when they're getting any.
A little birdie told me there was some exclusive armor unlock with the Wal*Mart edition.
So I stepped on him (nobody likes a smartass bird).
then i'll go to future whore and get an additional 10% and will then return to wallfart...
You could just take a Wal*Mart flyer in to Future Shop.
Apparently EB Games has gone on record that they're going to allow price matching of Wal*Mart's special. This is not surprising, considering they will continue to screw people who are unaware of the deal.

I used my postal code to check the shipping charge for 1 copy of Batman. "Ground shipping" is around $1.99. est. delivery Aug 26.
So, I entered in Max=$2.00 and Min=$1.00 for product search. Guess what I found 2 items!
