Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army confirmed for consoles

I'd like to say I was heard but I forgot to send all my threats

I originally created the above poster to help in our (my) campaign to bring Nazi Zombie Army to consoles. But I did not manage to send it before Rebellion’s CEO and Creative Director Jason Kingsley announced that, in fact, Nazi Zombie Army is coming to consoles.

"We can't say much yet but it won't just be a re-package of the first two games - there will be plenty of new content to get stuck into. Like many independent developers, we're still learning the ropes and having a lot of conversations with the platform holders. We're not at the stage where we can confirm the platforms right now, but we're fortunate to have experience already from self-publishing on Steam and mobile, so we're confident it'll go smoothly."

Keep in mind not all is sweetness and light.

The "We're not at the stage where we can confirm the platforms right now" opens the possibility that Nazi Zombie Army might only appear on Next Generation consoles. Will this be the game that makes our jump to Xbox One or PS4 mandatory?

Further muddying the waters, of course, is our lack of decision between Xbox One or PS4. In typical Herd of Cats fashion for example I, personally, am still leaning toward Xbox One solely based on Xbox Live history, Coxxorz is almost entirely in the PS4 camp due to how Microsoft has mishandled... well... everything about Next Gen consoles, Stormblade is dead (again), Rolly C has committed to the Wii U and SeanMCR hasn't been seen since he rage quit the planet. So... no clan decision yet.

My biggest problem will be convincing Coxxorz that he needs to buy two consoles, you know, for backup. And then explain how much more secure off-site backup can be, you know, in my basement. Where I have extra room. I mean, really? Who else is he going to play with? Oh, well sure, him. Yeah... I guess him too. Wait, what? Complete strangers! Ohhhhhhh, why I oughta...
