Once again, with a game I already own!

So I was greeted by this message immediately after ejecting my The Crew disc while switching to Dead Rising 3.

Yes Microsoft I will try to enjoy my trial of the game I already own! You know, a purchased retail disc copy? You have heard of them right? Perhaps you should update the Xbox One to understand that not all games are purchased digitally. Please?
