When did this happen?

Yes. The Xbox 360 version of Call of Duty: Black Ops is now playable on your Xbox One.

Just in case you think it may be a scurrilous rumour, I am in the process of installing it now. Haven't figured out all the DLC yet but look forward to playing the first remake of Der Riese. Like... tonight even.
