HoC Random Small Batch Rye of the Day - 02032019

Really, really small batch. Exclusive you might say.

My local beer brewer, frustrated by my refusal to drink his beer, moved into distilling to meet my preference for rye. Not sure if he was interested by the challenge or interested in slowly blinding me. Could be either, or both.

I will be trying it tonight to provide him with my honest, drunken opinion.

Please note that the two floaties in the bottle are two types of oak. I am to take them out when I am happy with the flavouring. This will, of course, require constant, ongoing taste testing. What I won't do for rye...
