Yeah, I'm talking to you, Best Buy Canada. I couldn't find your Facebook page and I know you read this site, so I'll post this here.

I just wanted to say thanks. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to pre-order Left 4 Dead for Xbox 360 online a couple weeks back. I was really looking forward to playing it when it came out on the 17th. It would have given me lots of time to try it out before our Left 4 Dead LAN Party on the 21st, which you probably heard about.

Thanks for saving me the time and gas I would have wasted going and getting it by removing the "in-store pickup" option for that particular item, and instead charging me for delivery. Thanks too for taking the initiative and changing the shipping date from the 17th to the 19th. And when that didn't happen, for going ahead and marking it as "backordered". That's awesome.

I'm also sorry. Sorry I didn't give you enough time to send it to me. I thought that 5 days after release would be enough, but I know now that it was selfish of me to expect it that fast. Please, take your time. If you get a chance to send it out sometime this month, great. I'll just be browsing your website for next year's Christmas presents in the meantime.

Hopefully I can pre-pay for more great stuff you don't have.
