Shoppers Drug Mart Tell A Friend Event

I know it's not the first place that comes to mind when you think of gaming-related stores...

...but Shoppers Drug Mart (Pharmaprix in Quebec) is having a bonus Optimum Points event January 11-13. And since they sell Wii games & accessories as well as Xbox Live subscription and points cards (among other electronics goodies), I thought it would be worth mentioning.

Basically all you have to do is register for the event (very important), and spend $20 to receive 5,000 Optimum points. Any friends you get to sign up will also earn 5,000 points for shopping, and you'll get an extra 5,000 for each of those that do (up to 10 people)!

And since it's a "Tell a Friend" event, I figured, you know, you friends could start your own groups by registering using my link?
