Level 30 two nights in a row

So Thursday Graybush and I played Zombies.

Again.

And our stellar first attempt got us all the way to Level 8.

Yes, level 8. No picture. Too embarrassing.

It didn't start well. Blackwalt needed to be revived on Level 1 - twice. Twice I went down on Level 1 so really no surprise that we didn't make it that far.

Our second try went a little better.

Level 30 again. Power ups were key. Several times we ended up with Max Ammo right at the end of a Level. On Level 25(?) the very last zombie coughed up a Max Ammo as he went down. A welcome surprise.

We almost made Level 31. Almost.

We had floor guys and enough money to replace our weaponry from the Tickle Trunk. Unfortunately during Level 30 we had both (both!) gone down and needed to be revived. Challenging but survivable as we both had Monkey Bombs. But this meant neither of us had Juggernog and were set up for an ignominious defeat.

Yes. One last walking zombie with no head. Seemingly no problem until he approached me and hit me once – once was enough. Down I went. Before Graybush realized I was down and reoriented his weapon the same headless zombie was on top of him and down he went.

"Did we really both get taken down by the same headless zombie?"

"Yep."

"Was he really the last zombie?"

"Yep."

"*Expletive deleted!*" (but it was a good one)

It's dark because we didn't finish until after midnightIt's dark because we didn't finish until after midnight

Note the headshots. 171 - 170. It's unusual enough that I would beat Graybush (technically) but even more unusual to have a tie.
