Tour of Steelport – stop #6

So I had just finished a Prof. Genki activity when I looked over and saw this random NPC dancing on the sidewalk. Dancing for no one, for no reason. We were not even near any of the strip clubs. And there are a lot of strip clubs in Steelport.

I'm not much for street entertainers so this dance may have ended abruptly. You know. With a bang.

There was no music.
