Tour of Steelport – stop #7

Saints Row the Third brings the Zombies!

Yes, that's Wonder Woman in the banner now. She-Hulk is sadly gone as I switched comic universes. I was going to put She-Hulk into a Wonder Woman costume but I was afraid the space-time continuum could not take it.

On to the show.

We were in that plane.

So Coxxorz and I were in a STAG plane. The plane shown above (I was also in the car in the picture but more on that later). It's possible we were responsible for it crashing. Possible. We also had a tank fight in the air while falling from 20,000 feet. Or so. Our spectacular safe landing in the tank was followed by a rain of, well, STAG. It wasn't pretty.

And then the virus they were carrying on the plane got loose and turned everyone into Zombies. Which is where the fun started.

I discovered safety from the horde by jumping up on a nearby pickup.

That blue dot in the distance? That's Coxxorz realizing he was surrounded by Zombies. He decided that I could help him.

Here he is approaching fast with a train of zombies behind him. Looking to me for help.

Please note that I still have a melee weapon up.

Here is a good picture of Coxxorz circling around to give me a better angle to shoot at the zombies. You know, if I chose to or anything. Please note: melee weapon.

This picture is an excellent shot of Coxxorz turning around and running back just in case I had missed my shot and needed another try.

Coxxorz: "Are you even planning on helping?"

Me: "No, I'm good thanks."

Me: "You should run faster, I think your horde is getting bigger."

I won't dignify his response by posting it here.

Technically the truth is that both of us were playing with the zombies and both of us were creating mini hordes and running around like a George Romero extra.

But I had reason to be bitter. If you look back at the first picture (of the plane) you will also see the burning husk of a police car. The car we arrived in.

Coxxorz wanted to see what would happen when zombies attacked the car we were in. Did I say we? He bailed out to get a good angle for a photo.
