Best Buy sued for $54 Million - by one person.

According to this Information Week article, a Washington, D.C. woman has filed suit against the electronics giant for losing her notebook.

"I have filed a lawsuit against Best Buy and launched a blog in an effort to bring attention to the reprehensible state of consumer property and privacy protection practices at America's largest consumer electronics retailer," Campbell wrote.

Apparently the lady thinks 6 months is not a reasonable turnaround time to repair her computer. So much for purchasing the extended service plan!
