Remember what I said about Aliens: Colonial Marines?

That the Collector's Edition might be worth it for the Powerloader Figurine alone?

Well I did decide that $99.99 was too much just for the Figurine. Particularly since the game reviewed with the whopping average score of 48%!

The figurine was cool, but not that cool.

$99? No thanks, never mind.

But then Coxxorz dropped the recent (and ongoing) Microplay sale on me with the regular edition Aliens: Colonial Marines going for $10.

Turns out I was willing to pay $10 for the regular edition.

It also turns out that I was willing to pay $30 for the Collector's Edition just for the figurine and taking the included copy of the game as a free bonus.

So that's what I did. Don't bother checking the Merivale Microplay location though. They mysteriously sold both remaining Aliens: Colonial Marines Collector's Editions yesterday. Don't look at me like that, I only bought one of them. Of course, it is possible I immediately texted Coxxorz to let him know they still had one left. Possible.

They still have copies of the regular edition though. (I think)
