The last paragraph of the announcement reads:
A second generation Citizen employee, Coxxorz has worked in the Citizen’s advertising department for the past 26 years. Coxxorz has never been shy about getting the job done, but these efforts went over and above the call of duty.
He was nominated for the award by Karloff and won for a production script that has streamlined the advertising production environment.
Lot's more gibberish in the announcement. If you want to pretend you care send me an email and I will forward you the entire thing without his name editted out everywhere...
