But I think you forgot to make actual bacon.
Bacon is an ingredient in all the recipes.
I think he means that nobody made just plain simple bacon.
I mean most of the recipes look great and all, but it can hardly be called a Baconfest without a plate of good old crispy bacon, the way mama used to make.
