If you, like me, are a complete cheapskate and refuse to pay a cent more than you have to for anything, you need this software. It runs on most anything, even Q-Bert's Mac, and it allows you to manage your ebay auction items with consummate ease. It also allows for 'sniping'.

Those of you neophytes who don't know what sniping is, it's kind of like hiding in the weeds and pouncing on an unsuspecting target. You can set a snipe to submit your maximum bid for something just before the auction closes. For example, if an auction is closing at 8 PM, you can set a snipe for 7:59:55. BidWatcher will submit your maximum bid 5 seconds before auction close, which effectively removes any chance of a counter bid. You will win the auction at whatever the lowest unbid amount is under your maximum.

Trust me, this saves money. And hassle, because you can set your snipe at any time and just leave BidWatcher running in the background. It will snipe automatically without intervention.

You can d/l the software at JBidWatcher.com.

Particularly hillarious when multiple users make use of this technique.
