Let me start by saying this post has absolutely nothing to do with video games, movies, sales, porn or coxxorz.
I just needed to vent that I was not able to bench press 325lbs today. :(
Actually I did with help, I guess my record will remain @ 305...Damn the road to 400 is taking longer than I thought
But at least this didn't happen to me:

I feel sorry for the guy on the bench... and that idiot "spotter" should be shot!
...it isn't entirely the spotters fault.
If you notice the idiot bencher was not using his thumbs.
Because he wants the extra stretch on the edge of the Clavicular Head (which is true). But the 'possible' danger FAR outweighs the benefits as displayed in this video.
I knew we were given thumbs for a reason.
Apparently not enough brains to use them when it matters, though. I swear there are some people with some Cro-Magnon in their DNA...
That gives a whole new meaning to the term "rubbernecker".
