They have tons of video games and accessories for stupid prices like 59¢.

Yeah, it sounds kinda scammy, but the premise is that the most an item can sell for is 1% of its retail value, and the highest unique bid wins. They make money by charging a fee per bid, although I have no idea how much the fee is. They're apparently offering 5 free bids with signup.
