I remember reading about this guy a couple of years ago. Well he is finally going to do it
This Sunday, this nutty French guy is going to attempt to set the highest skydive (130, 000ft)
He is supposed to land somewhere in Saskatchewan.
What I think is really cool is, if you look at the equipment section he is going to be 'dropped' in a space capsule!!

The website is back up, but nothing posted. And I can't read the crazy moon language the blog is written in...
So the big jump was delayed due to "weather", and today the website is down? Sounds like they're taking the sponsors' money and running to Florida...
Well I was in bed the last couple of days fighting the flu and a sinus infection.
I think I will have to agree with Coxxorz I think they are taking the money and running. And the balloon conveniently disconnected. Yeah right.

The baloon detached itself from the capsule while filling up, and took a little ride all by itself. Guess these are to be expected when trying build something new. they should have recruited some MS engeneers, then it would have worked great .... after service pack 4 is intalled.
They apparently began this @ 4am this morning.
Their damn site is busy though.

40 km pretty much puts you in space. Might as well go for 1,300,000 feet.
