HoC Random TV Repair of the Day - 021117

The cheap TV I picked up from Graybush is starting to add up...

So you guys probably don't remember when I picked up the Best LAN Swag ever from Moricerevek. Buried in that story I mentioned how the $2.55 TV from Graybush was developing issues.

My original repair job on the 37" LG cost me a $2.55 capacitor and a little bit of disassembly and soldering time.

This time I had to replace three different parts. Three! Each one of them costing $1.75. Each! $5.93 total! (and some additional disassembly and soldering).

$5.93!

If this gets much worse I am going to have to start billing some of this back to Graybush!
