Has anyone else tried to get it and be successful??
I have cleared the cache which is huge pain, as it wipes out all of your game update patches.
I followed the instructions here and here.
And it is very quirky. I get the 'DLC is damaged' message every couple of boot ups.

WTF is a"Cagney Update"?
...I am actually kind of surprised that you of all people do not know!!
Although, I have only run it briefly for Rolly.
It changed all the intro screens, etc. A substantial update to the game not just a quickie.
Which may be why you are having problems with it.
...installing it.
In fact it works.
But every couple of times I load the game I get the DLC damaged blah blah blah...
It is a known issue. I guess you are one of the lucky ones...
