Now THIS is a game worth paying for
While the usual gang of losers I play games with continue to submit themselves to the torture of SR2, A game like this comes out. You guys probably won't like it though, because it will be fun and easy to play.
Of course, the only way I will ever get Blackwalt to play is if I promise to start each game with one engine out. Although he might not suck as badly as he usually does with flight simulators since, according to the review, this game has more of an arcade feel than a flight sim feel.
I will be picking this up, especially since I have to play something while SR2 is still out there.

However, the reviews were poor, and I probably would be playing it alone (although I might have been wrong about that).
This is just going to be another boring ass partial implementation of a flight sim, with borders that are too close, and very little scenery. There is nothing more boring than flying loopdeeloops while puttering a machine gun at another plane doing barel rolls.
Wee, look at me, I can make my plane go left and right. Look now, I can go up and down. Now both at the same time. Yay.
If there could be any game more boring than this, it would be called Civil War Spotting Baloons.
Remember what happened LAST time we all got excited about a game before actually playing it.
WTF... a flying game where you don't actually take off or land? Booorrrrinnnngggg. That's about 1/50th of the game content in Saints Row 2, by the way. What's next: a game about hitting a pretend drum over and over and over again?
Besides, landing is the funnest part!
...but i might be on board with stormblade on this one.....if it's as fun (hopefully better though) as crimson skies.
...although you could take off and land in CS...hmmmm....
The land-based Ubisoft games have enough glitches where people warp around. Can you imagine trying to hit anything in midair with 15 other players flying the speed of sound?
