I am not sure what to call this. It definitely is not a Revek, but it can be construed in the same as a Revek.

But it may be me that is responsible, so I guess it could qualify as a revek. I had to browser sessions open on which I had not voted. I voted on one, and later on in the evening, I went to the other tab, and saw no vote was cast, so I clicked again.
Hmm. I think I will test that theory out when the next poll comes out. Open 30 tabs to the site, and cast my vote on each tab.
Clearly the 1/8 is being rounded up from 12.5% to 13.
