While roaming through the local PharmaPlus looking for the valuepak of medicated ointment needed for Half-Pint's endless list of injuries (not to mention his own after Guba the Impaler attacks), Blackwalt was amazed to find a bottle of 'uisghe beatha'. Like all good Irishmen, he automatically assumed this to be the fabled Water of Life.
My hair grew back!
After following the detailed directions (drink it all and try not to throw up), he was amazed to find his genetic clock turned back 20 years. "My God, I have hair!", he exclaimed.

Blackwalt never had that much hair. You can tell by the eyebrows that it's clearly a Photoshop mashup of him and Michael Keaton.
Because we used to say he was a combination of Michael Keaton and Donny Osmond.
