Well as a lot of you know I am little on the crazy side (ok I am nuts). I have no fear (ok just commitment) which results in me being a total klutz and accident prone from time to time (ok all the time).

How did it go?
My First attempt I was I flipped to stupid ball changed towards the post and land ass first into the stage.
Second attempt I actually got the flip but landed flat on my stomach.
After that I went and hit on the gym cats
I am having trouble deciphering the first sentance. Were you trying to say:
On my first attempt, I was flipped. The stupid ball changed direction towards the post, and I landed ass first into (onto?) the stage.
it was into...the boards broke.

The stage was being 'replaced'
Especially if you haven't mastered the standing backflip first.

Actually speaking of videos last week I hit a milestone. I bench pressed 405lbs though admittedly with completely bad form which messed up my left shoulder and wrenched my left knee (the robotic one). So it doesn't count. There is a cell phone video that someone took. I am sure it will be on youtube eventually.
How do people come up with stuff like this?
I want to see the blooper reel of failed attempts... where are the face plants?
