Now this is the monitor you REALLY want.
USB, memory card reader, all the connections you could ever ask for, and 30" of gaming goodness in a high-quality S-IPS display. I would totally buy this if I didn't already have one. Although my 24" is starting to act up ever since I knocked it over just now...

That the (high-end) Dell panels are made by Samsung. They just have better Industrial Design than their OEM counterparts.

It's not you that knocked it over, it's the cat while rubbing up against it because it wanted attention. Or Disaster Piece tripped over a pebble in the street in the market which sent shock waves all the way to your house and knocked over your monitor.

But it's Dell's Ultrasharp line or nothing for me. Wouldn't touch their roundy-cornered entry-level crap, even for a dedicated gaming monitor. Even that 27" is the same resolution as their 24"!
