That's right, it's one of the long-awaited new Premiums with HDMI out. Not a bad deal if you've been waiting for the new systems (HDMI, new heatsink, better DVD-ROM drive), and it comes with Halo 3 and 2 other games to trade in.
No word on if this includes the HDMI/5.1 audio breakout cable.
