Irish logic

I see no problem here...

Conversation last week between Stormblade and Blackwalt:

Blackwalt: "I'm glad you're here so I'm not drinking alone"

Stormblade: "I'm not drinking!"

Blackwalt: "Are you here or not?"

Stormblade: "That's not how it works!"

Blackwalt: "You're here. I'm drinking. I'm not alone. Where's the problem?"

Stormblade: "Uhh..."

Some of this is paraphrased as my actual memory of the events is hazy for some reason...
