Ok, in anticipation of the impending arrival of the Stormblade gaming system, I have been working on acquiring the necessary game foundation in order to properly participate HOPC activities. I have already secured COD3 and I know GRAW2 and R6: Vegas are requirements.
But what else should I have off the bat? Working on a limited budget here folks so bread & butter titles only, please.

... I had assumed your new Xbox 360 would arrive in working condition. But you are correct that the odds of that are low....
I would normally add Gears of War to the list, but it has fallen out of favour in recent months. Instead, I would say save your pennies for Halo 3 and whatever other bizarre ideas we come up with (Burnout Paradise?). Oh, and a proper charging station. Personally, I'm a fan of bulk alkaline batteries, but to each his own.

Sounds to me like this is akin to the PS3: totally overblown and doesn't deliver. My guess is that it will be expensive and won't really play games when it's convenient for me. Will Future Shop sell this new gaming console ?
If so, I think the sales people will be pitching it like: "Oh, yeah, it's kickass!" when in reality the console will relocate to some room where you will never see it again...
You know, I realize it was very subtle, but I sense a rebuke ...
