Here, let me make it easy for everyone:
THERE IS NO LAN PARTY AT MY HOUSE IN NOVEMBER. IT WAS SWAG'S JOKE, AND NOT A GOOD JOKE. Swag, you admited it to it, so don't start bringing back confusion. You did this exactly at the time I was inviting another family member into the site, and he was really interested in LAN parties, read your post, asked me about it. When I could not even confirm a party in my own goddamn house, he pretty much bailed and hasn't come back to the site.
I will happily go to any LAN party that I get invited to. Or even not invited to. But this whole thing has made me ignore the site for the last month. (Not that you guys noticed or anything...)

I was wondering what that explosion was I heard earlier tonight, it was q-bert's gasket breaking. I heard it from 10 miles away!

The LAN party is a YES. It will be at Hardwood's on Saturday November 13th 2010. No I'm not joking and yes he knows about it, he just hasn't had time to post a colourfully-clever event announcement (I'm sure one of us will get around to it soon...)
I am not clear on this subject yet.
Does this mean that the lan party at Q-Bert's is a no-go?
