This hot and she kicks Lance ass too!
Gamepro has published a list of the top 32 XBox 360 games of all time. While some of the lower ranked titles I have never played or even heard of, the list gets pretty close in my books from 15 to 1. The order could be debated ad nauseum, but list is good.
As for me, Borderlands would be higher (like #1) and Halo 3 would be lower (like #100), but it's a pretty good list.

but GOW2 at #1? Sure, technically (visually) it was very impressive, but I still found it average. Then again I am not a big fan of the cover/shoot mechanic.
Neither does Black Ops, for that matter. And yet you refuse to buy either!
just got screwed each time.
And as for Black Ops, I am still emotionally scarred by MW2.
I pretty much just bought Black Ops for the cool toque, but it turns out to be a good game! They fixed much of what was wrong with MW2. That, and my wife was away right when it came out, giving me a chance to actually get into it before everybody else reached Level GrandMasterRape.
Then send a free copy to swaggy asap!
But now everybody has reached the level of GrandMasterRape. Some are even GMR Level 4 (no longer need lube).
Although if someone gets me today's Hot Deal for Xmas, I'll keep you in mind.
but does Black ops have those matchmaking options like those in Halo: Reach where you can select "good time" and "similar skill level" when playing against people? Or is it just the standard top-down leveling system?
Or at least make the lube mixed with a freezing gel, then you won't even notice the rape.
It looks like there might be some rudimentary balancing going on. When we join as a party of varying levels, we get matched against a variety of opponents. But when I join alone (Prestige Level 1), I get matched with mostly other Prestige players.
Bottoms-up?
Black Ops has an excellent training area that allows you to play team deathmatch against the computer. This gives you the ability to hone your skills and become familiar with the maps before taking on the outside world. It works exactly like it would if you were on Live. You rank up the same way and get points, money and perks the same way, all the way up to level 50. The other cool thing about it is that it uses the names of people on your friends list for the computer players, which means you can practice and enjoy fragging your friends. I especially enjoy knifing swagrvd ... er, Blackwalt in the back.
The computer players are pretty challenging, so you have to work at it. They do become predictable after a while and your teammates won't help you in any way, but that only helps to prepare you for playing with the herd. It's a very similar style. "Hey! I'm dying here! Revive me! ... Hey!! ... Anyone??" Seeing Blackwalt run past me when I am in last stand brings back sooo many memories. They WILL revive each other though, which just adds insult to injury, literally.
I would have used my trusty first aid grenade. The one in pink.
You are there frequently. For you, I prefer head shots.
