Another Rogers bites the dust
Local Herd members may once again be interested to know that a treasured source for video game deals is closing. First the Meadowlands location closed, and now the Britannia store is going out of business.
We're a bit late to the party this time, as much of the stock has already been cleared out. But there are still some deals to be had:
- Used video games 2 for $25
- New video games up to 75% off
- Used movies up to $9.99: buy one, get TWO free
- Candy/chocolate: buy 1 get 2 free
- New movies: ???
Once again points and subscription cards were on sale, but once again long gone. There were only a handful of accessories left, packed away in a box, but Blackwalt managed to scoop one they were hiding behind the counter. So if anyone needs an Xbox 360 HDMI adapter for cheap, let me know.
I'm all set with Coffee Crisps for another year.

I mean, most people can't afford a gaming system around here.
There'll be plenty of loot!
But they've probably stolen one, and will therefore need games to play.
I should check the ones in Barrhaven. Never understood how they can run two on the same street. With my luck it will be the good one that closes.
