50 towel squats (these are harder than they sound, if done properly)
50 Kettlebell swings (two armed)
25 Kettlebell Clean and press (each side)
25 Kettlebell Snatches (each side)
25 Claymore (or macebell or sledgehammer) swings (each side)
25 Claymore (or macebell or sledgehammer) swipes (each side)
25 Claymore (or macebell or sledgehammer) 10 to 2 (each side)
25 claymore thrusts (two handed exercise)
10 sets of 10 Sledgehammer tire whacks (each side)
500 foot tire flip
500 foot tire pull
500 foot tire tug
Target: 45 mins (if you are in really good shape, 30 mins)
I don't have a *real* macebell yet (N/A in Canada, and they are very expensive), I made one with an old bowling ball and a PVC pipe.

Let me go smash my head against a wall a few times and then maybe ...
If so that probably means you will never finish your second book. Of course, if you are still remodeling your house, some of this will be easier than it sounds.
But I'd be willing to help Stormblade with the Claymore obstacle course.
