Don't you just love a company that has this level of customer service. The poor family purchased a TV online during boxing week, got piss poor service. Complained repeatedly to customer service, and got nowhere. They post a comment of Best Buy's forum illustrating it. And you know what the moderator's comment was? Yup. You guessed it. "We will forward your issue to customer service."

Funny how they can respond to and lock a forum thread that was created today, but can't resolve a simple return issue after a month.
Sadly, this is normal for retail giants nowadays.
