I am writing this while it installs to my hard drive and then going online to play with Cozzorz!

Despite having a preorder at Future Shop for a year and a half, received an email on the weekend saying the transaction was cancelled.

If they had bothered to check sooner and notify me that the card I originally used had expired, I could have fixed it before the game shipped to everyone else in the world.

Now I won't get it until Wednesday at the earliest.
