...it's possible I finished the achievements before Coxxorz even finished work

This is directly connected to Tour of Steelport - stop #9 – the story two below this one so you may want to read it first.

So I went in to check if I had a save file far enough back to redo the mission The Belgian Problem. So that I would know whether or not I could complete it with the alternate ending.

It turns out I did. Well, close anyway. I had a save file from three missions in front of The Belgian Problem: Takeover the city, We've only just begun, and Hit the Powder Room.

Since I was already in the game anyway...
