This may be related to our recent experience playing with someone on Graybush's son's Xbox Live account for a day or two. And the subsequent sale of one of our discounted Xbox Live membership cards to Graybush.

Just in case Graybush missed it, my warning came one entire month in advance. That's 30 whole days!
