Man of Steel review
It's a Revek movie.
Saw it last night.
I think having both my eyes scooped out by red hot fire pokers then getting skull f**ked by a couple of rabid gorillas in the eye sockets would have been a much more enjoyable experience.

Not as bad as Aku and Coxxorz make it out to be. A lot of religious / savior overtones, dialogue could have been better. If I could put it into one sentence, I would say it is trying to hard to be a serious movie and make it look "real", as if a real alien could come to earth and be a god-like being. There was a few places where eye-rolling occurred.
Would I see it again? If it played on TV, I would watch it. CG was pretty good. Massive amounts of city destruction, and I think there was 0 civilian casualties, or at least that is what they are trying to make us believe. Only soldiers died, and of course... ooops. almost spoiled it for Stormblade.
The Marvel movies have the right formula with all of the added humor. It really feels like they don't take themselves as seriously, and are about making a fun movie.
My wife is a Henry Cavill groupie, so I have no choice but to see this. And I don't like superhero movies to start with. I think I will need to drink heavily beforehand ...
Would these gorillas be using Tabasco sauce for lube?
Because if so, then I would say it was more like being ass raped by said gorillas.
But I'll go into more detail in my own review, coming soon.
My biggest beef with the movie is where the sequel will take place.
doesn't like Revek movies anymore though.
But I think I'll pass on this one too.
On the bright side, I think I'm going to make Zod's armour costume.
