Your gamerscore is erased and you CAN NOT re-earn any previous achievement. The permanent cheater label is my favourite part.
I think the Gamerscore Leaderboard is going to see some mysterious changes.

We only correct the player’s current gamerscore and label them as a “cheater.” They are still allowed to legitimately gain future achievements and the player’s experience doesn’t change in any other way.
I think they SHOULD change the player's experience. Like disable voice chat for that account, or permanently set their controller to "max vibration".
Is that it would not be good for the environment. Think of all of the batteries the user would go through. Even with rechargables. Theire lifespan would be greatly reduced if the vibration would be reduced. Plus they could use it as a pleasure device if it was continually on.
Now if they had a mode where it could produce electric shocks to cheaters, well that would be an entirely different story and I would totaly support.
That's exactly why I recommend it.
And while we're at it, they should also set Live microphones to automatically filter sound over a certain pitch. That should fix the Squeaker problem once and for all.
Would it also filter out the annoying 10 yr old? Maybe even the pubescent teenager with the cracking voice?
That was his point ...
