...too many frakking Space Monkeys!

And its worse than we thought. Space Monkeys steal your perks. This is extremely annoying and extremely costly. We thought that the took our perks by attacking us. Turns out this is not the case. From the Call of Duty Wiki:

Space Monkeys are new enemies that appear in the map Ascension, where they steal the players' perks in the form of attacking Perk-a-Cola machines. They replace the Hellhounds on this map. The space monkeys will attack a perk machine until the player loses his/her perk.

Okay, so I didn't really get the french version of First Strike which I am downloading right now (First Blood!) but I had to pay tribute to Stormblade and Graybush's experience with the Verrückt map pack for COD World at war. It's buried somewhere in that link.

Yesterday I receive an email from my Personal Game Reviewer (unedited):

So, my cousin was over on the weekend and the kids were napping.
"What should we do?" we asked.
And then I thought, "Hmmm, that game has Co-Op, let's play!"
Then my cousin pipes in, "Have you ever tried Zombie mode?" he asks.
We turned it on.... now I get it. I totally, totally get it.
And I still have no idea what happens after you restore the power.

Sure, now he gets it... Totally.

So supper at last nights LAN party got kind of entertaining. Not unusual for HoC events. First off though, MoriceRevek's offered supper was good. Particularly when you consider the complete and utter loss of his first attempt at sauce the previous night.

Stormblade started it off by taking over the head of the table. Grabbing the bowl and claiming "I'll take this spot because I am important!" Plus he took the bowl to claim his spot.

Then he took his bowl into the kitchen to get his supper.

Ever rip a DVD to put on your iPad or media server? How about unlocking your phone to move to another carrier? If this bill passes, all that will be illegal and more.

This all hinges on the implementation of digital locks, and the media corporations' insistence that even owning circumvention tools should be a criminal act in Canada.
