Was it a fail for the striker or a blown call by the ref? Don't know enough about the rules to know if the goal should have been dissallowed. The ball did bounce off th goalkeeper, but still had enough spin on it to make it into the goal off of it's initial kick.
the goalkeeper should have kept his eye on the ball. That's the fail.
He allowed the goal.
I could not tell from the kicker's reaction if he was pissed or celebrating, but the ref did give a small nod of the head right when the player asked him f it was a goal. It does not help that I cannot understand the commentators.
I can never understand the french.
(I wonder if Revek caught that or is choosing to ignore you...)

He cannot understand the French. That is his standard answer whenever faced with a foreign language of any kind that he does not speak or understand. There could be a blue-finned purple gargle-dragon from planet zipadeedooda-7, and he would still say: "Sorry, I don't speak French".
