Heroes ... season finale ... Powerless?
Well this is just going to be a prediction (and by predictions I mean my wishlist) of what I hope will happen in this season finale episode.
1) I hope Sylvar dies ... again.
2) I hope CopyCat either does one of two things. First gets killed, or second, goes drunken master on those thugs asses.
3) Going back to point 1) I hope Sylar kills Maya before he himself dies.
4) Molly Walker gets someone to build her Cerebro.
5) Elle and Claire mudwrestling of course.
6) Oh oh oh, almost forgot. West must also die, a horrible horrible death (flies into a jet engine perhaps?)
7) There is a new character with wicked powers.
Well, I'll be watching the episode in about an hour. I hope all these things come true.

Let's see what I got from my wishlist:
1) Absolute FAILURE
2) FAILED
3) Good try Sylar but you Fail
4) Maybe someother time, Failed
5) They weren't even in the same scenes together. Fail
6) West certainly did not die, instead he pussed out. Fail
7) just plain Fail.
It's going to be a sad sad christmas for me this year.
I wonder if anyone else will see the special sign in this episode. Those guys are crafty thats for sure.
Not much else to say about this finale episode for Volume 2, not much to say at all. I simply pray that Volume 3 is much better.
Spoilers galore...
You have to give this episode bonus points for being the first one in a while to deliver a palpable crisis/climax, i.e. Peter's choice. We need more epsiodes like this.
Sylar gets zapped, and still escapes? Whatever. And Maja didn't even stay dead. This is getting ridiculous.
HRG returns to his family. Again. Sort of. But then the beans get spilled about the heroes. Kind of. But not really... anybody catch the identity of the shooter? It's a moot point, as I'm sure Nathan will be resurrected shortly. As well as his father, and Linderman, and Abraham Lincoln, and Santa Claus. Peter could have easily delivered the message to the captive audience by simply levitating them both above the podium, but instead played his usual deer in headlights.
Was there a point to the symbol appearing in blood, other than to hint at everyone being a descendant of Adam?
And the biggest spoiler:
But my favourite part was how Hiro disposed of Adam in the end. I initially thought he was taken into the VERY distant past, but then he might have survived anyway, which would only serve to amplify his already bountiful hatred. Then I thought he might have gone into the future, where he couldn't hurt the heroes in the present, but would gave the writers a way to encounter him again, eventually. Dropping him in a coffin is rather poetic, until you start to think about what's going to happen next. Will he suffocate, die, heal, suffocate again, etc.? Maybe, but I think he could be out of there in a single episode if he just claws his fingers to the bone on the coffin, heals, repeat... until he's dug all the way out. Assuming asphyxiation is not another thing healers don't recover from.
At any rate, this was a serious turning point for our happy-go-lucky Japanese do-gooder. Probably the most character development all season. And no, making all female characters cry in one epsiode doesn't count. Now let's get the real writers back and fix the damage.
I meant what is the point of the symbol appearing in ashes, not blood.
