Really bad movie night - The Finale!

I should have known better.

I mean, I do know better.

This is the same guy who used to give me the second of a really bad series of books for my birthday and would keep asking me if I had read it yet. Just so you understand, some of the titles were 'Revenge of the Fuzzy Bunnies' and 'Samurai Cat goes to Hell'.

Yes, classics.

So when Blackwalt recommended that I watch Jackie Chan in Who Am I?, I should have known better.

But I didn't, and I am still recovering, some 14 hours later.

This movie, if you can really call it that, makes Shanghai Noon look like an Academy Award winning Best Picture. The acting is so atrocious that I could barely stand it. I've seen porn movies with better acting. To give you an idea, Jackie Chan was by far the best actor in this movie, and his character's name was Jackie Chan for christ's sake! I kept hoping, as a new character was introduced, that they could bring something, anything to this excuse of a movie.

Alas, it was not to be.

The fight scenes were typical Jackie Chan and fun to watch, but they couldn't make up for the rest of it. I nearly cut my ears off so I wouldn't have to listen to the dialog.

And yes, before you say it, I should have known better.
