I am almost afraid to post anything nowadays as I am afraid it will disappear in the site change over. But this needed to be shared.

Coming out of this comment series and the whole site change situation.

The sad part is with Q-Bert as Elsa and Stormblade as Anna that leaves me and Moricerevek fighting over Olaf the snowman or Sven the reindeer.

Sorry for not posting a lot but I have no idea when the change over is happening. Direct all comments and complaints elsewhere. I am fully confident.

Stormblade is in an discussion with Q-Bert about saving all the stories in a migration versus a complete rebuild.

More work involved but as long as I am not that one doing it I am all for it.

Of course, the little I have already done may end up being sacrificed and that just makes me sad...

Did anyone else get that? Sweet? ... ugh, I'm so old.

I would blame Q-Bert if it totally wasn't my fault

The change over to the new site is going slowly. This slowness is caused entirely by my laziness. Not Q-Bert as you would obviously suspect.

Unfortunately my laziness factor is not decreasing...

Hopefully something will happen eventually

So the site was down for a couple of hours and there may be some aftermath

And it is totally Q-Bert's fault:

I had to upgrade KC's operating system to Ubuntu 16.04 because of security upgrades. That forced PHP7 and removed PHP5.4 automatically. HoC is Drupal 6. Drupal 6 doesn't run with PHP7. So, HoC got pooched and Moricerevek reported it inside of 10 mins, which shows you how much he relies on HoC for his personal view of the world.

So what you see now is a temporary fix but we have a new site under construction and Q-Bert will switch it over if I ever get around to building it.

Just wanted you to know why I am updating even less than normal.

PS- 15 years for Halo. Watch Dogs 2 is out. Random Stormblade abuse. Black Friday! Cats are funny.

Apparently the Xbox Holiday Update added clubs to Xbox Live

I discovered this when I found Stormblade spamming my mailbox with "where is the HoC Club? Where? Where? Where?"

I showed him though. No HoC club for him! "Herd of Cats" however? There may be one of those.

And this one has co-op!

I have been meaning to ask and since it is launching today for early purchasers...

Is anyone planning on buying this years Call of Duty iteration?

To be honest, even with a new Zombie Mode, it fell off my list. Since we have barely played Black Ops 3's new zombie maps is it worth picking up this year's version?
