This is actually pretty scary.
Why? THe company who makes these (in Japan) is called Cyberdyne. Yeah, Cyberdyne.
And they call the suit HAL. Open the pod bay doors HAL......

I saw a news article somewhere fairly recently that the US military was looking into some kind of exo-skeleton suit for the guys who get down and dirty.
I am also not too sure how this would help people with severe mobility issues if the problem is due to a nerve type problem.
It would be great for people with nerve damage. But I guess it's a better use of 15 years and millions of dollars to help someone carry 4 bags of rice a little easier.
If Microsoft is going to do the OS for the suite. Do you think it would accept the 3 finger gesture to issue a CTL+ALT+DEL command?
