Black Ops 3 brings back the four player co-op campaign
This is the reason I am most interested in Black Ops 3
Yes, I know, Zombies. But still. After Exo-Zombies I am afraid of what might be next. Four player cooperative campaign though... Sign me up!
- But the real change in Black Ops 3′s campaign is that you’re no longer fighting alongside AI buddies. Although it can be played solo, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 allows up to four players to run the campaign mode together from start to finish, something that hasn’t been seen since World At War seven years ago. Treyarch wants as few barriers to that as possible, so players who haven’t opened up certain missions will still be able to play them if you’re with someone who already has, and there’s also support for two-player local split screen. -VG24/7
I have great memories of playing the World at War campaign. Yes with you guys. I know but it was a long time ago.

And maybe not...
Weekend with Comic - Part 1
This is the story of the adventures that Comic has undertaken. You see, Comic knew where it was going, and before Stormblade could take possesion, it sent out an S.O.S. "Save me!" I heard. "Don't let it happen!". So I went over to Blackwalt's house, and spirited away Comic.
Just Cause 3 Gameplay Trailer
Just Cause 3!
Wingsuit, Grapple Hook, Massive Explosions: The first Just Cause 3 Gameplay trailer takes you straight into the intense action. Watch Rico Rodriguez cause chaos to the regime of the ruthless dictator General Di Ravello, and stopping at nothing to liberate Medici, his home.
It's interesting to me that I am looking froward to alternate titles like Just Cause 3 and Rise of the Tomb Raider over the next Call of Duty. Not to mention how we are playing Zombie Army Trilogy and The Crew (well at least me) over Exo-zombies.
Official Call of Duty: Black Ops III Reveal Trailer
No colors any more, I want them to turn black
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is a dark, gritty future where a new breed of Black Ops soldier emerges and the lines are blurred between our own humanity and the cutting-edge military robotics that define the future of combat.
See you on November 6, the new Black Friday.
And there is proof of zombies!
Too stupid to not post here
Yes, I know it's not the first one. If you like it that much, go find the rest yourself!
Xbox One Controller emergency repair
It just randomly stopped working properly...
Randomly in this case is defined as being dropped on the floor three times within two days. A cement floor of course. Carpetted but still not forgiving. Strangely enough the Microsoft Headset Adapter which I have difficulty removing at the best of times popped off cleanly all three times.
My Xbox One Camouflage Controller survived the first drop. The left joystick got all clicky the second time but still worked. The third drop not only made the joystick clickier but the controller had developed a rattle if you shook it. Technically it still worked.
So. Time for a repair.
HoC Random Theft of the Day - 04242015
So yes, that is Stormblade's signed comic from Rebellion
And no, that is not Stormblade. That is Moricerevek teaching me a lesson about leaving him alone in my house. This will teach me not to leave the door unlocked when I know he is coming over. In the third photo you will see my security cat being thwarted by a door. This is the first proof I have seen that Moricerevek is, in fact, smarter than a cat.
Looking at this positively Stormblade's autographed copy of Rebellion's limited edition Zombie Army Comic is technically, geographically closer to Stormblade. Pretty sure that is not how Stormblade will see it.
Mystery Package Contents Part 2: Rebellion amazes us
Rebellion demonstrates how to properly thank their fans
Someone scribbled all over our gifts? Well no, technically, everyone (from Rebellion) has scribbled all over our gifts. And it is totally awesome!
I can't really describe how amazed I was when I turned over the comics and discovered that the Rebellion development team had signed them. All five of them! The guys that created Zombie Army Trilogy had signed five of their limited edition Zombie Army Comics and shipped them to Herd of Cats.
All over a hat. An awesome hat obviously but still, a hat.
The Crew - April update now live
Still driving alone...
The patch (detailed here) comes in at 505MB which is pretty small by Xbox One standards.
I bet if there were zombies in The Crew you guys would never stop playing. Although, that would apply double to me.
Mystery Package Contents Part 1: a gift from Rebellion
We weren't really expecting anything in return but wow!
So last month leading up to our Super Secret Zombie LAN we sent one of our Zombie Army hats to Rebellion.
It was on a lark and suited our style of random. Rebellion seemed to appreciate the hat and they definitely had fun with it. I don't think anyone really expected anything else.
But boy did we get something else...
