I know we have covered a lot of Gears of War 2 already but I had to post a link to Kotaku's story when I discovered they had our strategy nailed. See the emphasized part of the attached quote:

Hardcore gamers will, of course, want to wait and see what local gaming retailers will have to offer before committing. But if the best Future Shop can come up with is another "I PWN" hat, the choice will be clear.
