Best Buy sued for $54 Million - by one person.
According to this Information Week article, a Washington, D.C. woman has filed suit against the electronics giant for losing her notebook.
"I have filed a lawsuit against Best Buy and launched a blog in an effort to bring attention to the reprehensible state of consumer property and privacy protection practices at America's largest consumer electronics retailer," Campbell wrote.
I Sense a Disturbance in the Force ...
Blackwalt hasn't posted since Wedneday ...
Irish wake!! Irish wake!!
Ok, maybe with some Polka thrown in for good measure.
Oh Danny boy ... (oom pah pah)

Rock on To Aerosmith
Today on CNN, a story has been reported about the next expansion of the best game of all time: Guitare Hero: Aerosmith. Coming this June to a retail store neer you.
I know you will Dream On about the Permanent Vacation you will be on when you start to Rock This Way.
OMG This is a GOOD GAME!
Ok, first let me say that I am most certainly behind the times writing this article, but let me explain the context a little.
I got my XBox360 well after the core HoC group did, and I spent most of the first few months just trying to catch up to them in the online games they played. Then came Halo3, COD4 and Burnout: Paradise in relatively short order, basically taking up all of my gaming bandwidth. There is currently a lull in the release of quality multiplayer games (it looks like Fronlines: Fuel of War is going to be a dud), so I decided to fire up eBay and pick up a couple of games that fell under my radar.
So I bought Gears of War and Assassin's Creed. Read more
Report: Tech Giants To Form PC Gaming Alliance
See, I also post stuff. It's just that usually, people ignore it.

We can do better than this!
Sifting through CafePress stuff, I found a site full of cat t-shirts.
Why was I doing this you ask? Well, mostly because Blackwalt keeps whining about lack of content and I couldn't think of anything else! Read more
Call of Duty 4 feature patch sent to Microsoft for Certification
- Look at that! I am posting again!
From an Infinity Wards Forum post by the Community Relations Manager.
- Great News! The new feature patch I talked about last week (with new Kill Cams, Host Migration, and other new features) for the Xbox 360 has finished it’s internal testing and development and has officially been sent off to Microsoft for Certification. It’s only a matter of Microsoft putting it through the certification paces and it will be available for download for all Xbox 360 players.
Wii Nerf!!
I know I am not the Wii coverage guy but I am the Nerf coverage guy so there really isn't a conflict here.
- This ignores the fact that I am technically the only "coverage" guy as the rest of you slackers are not much for posting anything.
Btw, you can post items as Stories, you don't need to post everything (hah!) as blog entries.
Out with the "old and broken..."
...and in with the new 120GB hotness!
Guess what was in my package?
It was a Microsoft Xbox 360 Data Migration Kit. It was! It was! It was!
Miracles do happen.
After going over everything very careful I initiated the transfer and very patiently (NOT!) waited the 1 hour and 3 minutes for it to transfer my 20GB data over to my 120GB drive.
Preparing for disappointment
So Guba sends the following information in an email:
- You got a package in a brown diskette envelope.
Says it is a CD and Cable.
You all know about my nightmares with Microsoft and sadly, there is a chance that this "CD and Cable" is my Microsoft Xbox 360 Data Migration Kit. A chance.
I'm thinking we should all pitch in ...
and get this for MoriceRevek. It would go along well with his Guitar Hero II.
Especially when he's crooning with the Mickey Mouse voice.
Oh yeah.
How many buttons do you need?
Gizmodo points us toward a Xbox 360 Controller mod adding more buttons (duplicates) to your 360 controller.
Are they whacked or can this serve a useful function?
