Multiplayer Q and A with Rockstar games
Asked & Answered: Special Red Dead Multiplayer Edition
- In the wake of last week’s Red Dead Redemption multiplayer gameplay video unveiling the game’s Competitive Modes, and the related screens and section update earlier this week – we’ve received a number of questions from the inquiring minds of eager fans. In response, we [Rockstar] present this special Red Dead multiplayer edition of Asked & Answered.
I know it's more Red Dead Redemption but at least it's content.
Three in the back
Rockstar Games has announced the first FREE DLC content for Red Dead Redemption
- The Outlaws to the End Co-Op Mission Pack will feature six all-new cooperative multiplayer missions to play with 2-4 players. This will be a completely free download that we will have ready for you to download and play at some time in June.
Hey Aku!
Now do this:
(He knows what I'm talking about...)
A coffee brewer made for Graybush
Of course, he would be throwing them everywhere...
- Mocca Pearl outdoor jug will provide 180 ml of hot fresh coffee for two persons without the need of a burner. Just install it and with a few movements, it will start steaming. The jug remains inside a greenish felt-covered cup and contains a holder to hook it with the user’s belt, giving it a hand grenade like appearance.
180 ml? Two people? That's crazy talk. I'm not sharing my 180 ml and I'll need to run it through twice just to start the day!

Hulk Vs. Thor!
This classic clip was submitted by a certain (unnamed) member of HoC! Remember you can all submit classic clips to swag! Although I won't put my email here, so good luck trying to get it to me.
Not really sure if this is really classic (even if it technically is), but here you go:
Seriously, is this thing any good?
It's online multiplayer 2-4, and 4-player co-op to boot.
Can't tell how it looks because I refuse to install Microsoft Silverlight to look at a goddamn screenshot.
The reason I ask is that it's on sale this week for half price. What are the Herd's thoughts on this one?
Red Dead Redemption: pre-order bonuses
Which is the best on offer?
14 days from the release of Red Dead Redemption and I know all of you are looking around for the best pre-order deal. Looking around (quickly) I found three readily available deals: Amazon, Best Buy, and EBgames.
Please note that I may have already ordered my copy but I don't want to spoil the surprise.
Here is a listing of the three vendors and their pre-order offers to help you make your choice. Two of the vendors are available online and in brick and mortar form. One is online only. I'll let you work that out.
Maybe this thing does have a use
what's that strange gap on the right side?
Call of Duty: Black Ops trailer
For all you fan boys
Fallout: New Vegas
Yes that's right, Blackwalt isn't the only one who promotes games that only he himself plays.
Apple not to support Flash
Normally I wouldn't post a technical article like this, but Steve Jobs' recent comments on why Apple isn't supporting Flash on the iphone/ipad/ipod are just too ridiculous to ignore.
From the article:
"Adobe claims that we are a closed system, and that Flash is open, but in fact the opposite is true."
New DLC announced for Just Cause 2
They had me at half-shotgun
- Available from April 29th, the ‘Black Market Aerial Pack’ is the ultimate accessory for airborne agents. Taking full advantage of Just Cause 2’s vertical gameplay, the pack is the perfect partner for aerial devastation, containing:
- F-33 Dragon Fly Jet Fighter: a versatile attack aircraft, equipped with twin missiles and quad-mounted mini-guns
- Multi-lock Missile Launcher: a devastating weapon of destruction featuring laser-guided auto-lock on up to four targets
- Parachute Dual Thrusters: twin parachute-mounted jets which transform Rico’s trademark parachute into one of the most nimble and powerful attack platforms.
- Following on May 25th, the ‘Black Market Boom Pack’ fills a gap in the market for the agent with little concern for collateral damage. With three experimental and highly volatile prototype weapons, the pack is the final word in wide-scale carnage, featuring:
- Quad Rocket Launcher: half shotgun, half rocket launcher, all carnage
- Cluster Bomb Launcher: the natural successor to the grenade launcher
- Air Propulsion Gun: a highly experimental jet-powered blast weapon, powerful enough to send vehicles and soldiers skywards.
I've pretty much seen everything now
Of course it's in Winnipeg
Something Something... Nite.
My Personal Game Selector is away this week, so I'm kind of at a loss as to what to play tonight.
